Meet our Decorators 

Jessica Hirst has been making cakes from a very young age.  It is something that comes natural to her and she can do very well.  She is a highly skilled Potter and has been making fine pieces of art for over 15 years.  Her experience really translates well into cake making and she has masterfull skills with Fondant.

Nicole Higgins brings something a little different to the table.  Earning a degree from the University of Georgia, specializing in Interior Design.  She has always had a love of expressing herself through any medium and has fallen in love with creating fine pieces of art through making beautiful cakes.  With  Nicole's experience in the design world it has helped her to vizualize, design and communicate every cake for every customer.

Together Jessica and Nicole make a great team and allow for a unique cake for any occasion.  Working closely for the past year they have grown to be a great partnership and truly can give any customer what they need.
